20 years on, we never forget a bathroom and never forget the many nice customers who’ve come back to us as they’ve moved home and their children grown! We like to think we left a good lasting impression. Judging by our referral rate and the regular 5 star review, it makes all the hard work worthwhile.
Instead of spending money on sales, we just spend our time on getting the job right, putting big smiles on faces and hoping that this will maintain our great pedigree of customer happiness.
